These Terms govern wolferacingclub.com and other online services operated by Wolfe Racing Club LLC ("Wolfe," "Wolfe Racing Club," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Separate signed agreements govern membership and paid services.
1. Eligibility
The website and membership services are intended for adults 18 and older. Applying or creating an account represents that you are legally able to enter binding agreements. A Member-parent may request services for a minor under separate authorizations; this does not create independent minor membership.
2. About Wolfe
Wolfe is a Private Motorsports Club & Concierge. Depending on the engagement, services may include motorsports planning, team introductions and placement, licensing coordination, private testing, vehicle sourcing, event coordination, travel logistics, hospitality, equipment, data/video coordination, and coaching or professional-driver introductions. General descriptions do not create a commitment to provide a particular service. Coaches currently contract separately.
3. Membership applications
An inquiry or application does not guarantee membership, a selected service, team placement, a racing license, a race/test/series/event, or a particular vehicle, seat, coach, team, or date. It does not itself create a paid-service contract or account. Membership and service commitments require the applicable accepted agreement and required payment. Wolfe may accept or decline applications subject to law.
4. Separate agreements
Club membership, Development and Competition Management, concierge projects, testing, vehicles, travel, events, and other paid services may require separate written agreements. A separately executed agreement controls a conflict concerning the service it covers.
5. Third-party costs and services
Race teams, tracks, sanctioning bodies, vehicle owners, coaches, drivers, suppliers, travel providers, hotels, insurers, and organizers are generally independent businesses, not Wolfe employees or agents unless expressly stated. Program prices may be estimates and change. Unless expressly included, team fees, vehicle rental/purchase, testing, entries, tires, fuel, damage, insurance, licensing, transport, lodging, airfare, coaching/co-driving, repairs, equipment, taxes, and sanctioning charges are separate. Provider terms also apply. Members ordinarily contract with and pay providers directly.
6. No guarantee of results
Wolfe does not guarantee racing results, lap times, championships, sponsorship, funding, professional opportunities, team acceptance, licensing approval, availability, vehicle reliability, participation, or advancement. Recommendations and introductions are based on available information, not guarantees.
7. Motorsports risk
Driving, testing, racing, vehicle operation, and related activities involve risks including property damage, injury, disability, and death. These Website Terms are not an activity waiver. Participation may require separate waivers, releases, indemnities, insurance, track, and sanctioning documents that affect legal rights.
8. Eligibility and readiness
Participants remain responsible for required driving/racing licenses, physical eligibility, insurance, credentials, visas, permits, and certifications unless expressly agreed otherwise. Wolfe can assist but cannot guarantee approval. Wolfe may decline activity coordination for unresolved licensing, safety, contractual, payment, or readiness issues. A professional-car test is not required simply to join the Club.
9. Travel coordination
Travel and hospitality provider terms, cancellation policies, availability, and restrictions apply. Wolfe coordinates logistics; actual booking, ticketing, and payment ordinarily occur through a travel-agency partner or directly with providers. Wolfe does not guarantee independent provider performance, schedules, baggage handling, transport, border/visa processing, weather, or other matters outside reasonable control. Particular service agreements govern additional responsibilities.
10. Website information
Calendars, regulations, prices, availability, and licensing rules change. Website information is general, not a confirmed quote, booking, legal opinion, medical recommendation, insurance advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Confirm material details with Wolfe before relying on them.
11. Payments
Any payment feature must disclose applicable charges and require accurate billing information and appropriate authorization. Fees, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and renewal obligations are governed by the signed agreement and law. The current release does not automatically debit a card or bank account. An application or browsing session does not enroll you in automatic membership renewal.
12. Accounts
Keep credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorized persons. Report suspected compromise to memberservices@wolferacingclub.com. Invitation-only account access does not independently establish a paid engagement.
13. Intellectual property
Wolfe-owned text, graphics, marks, designs, software, and other material are protected by applicable law. Third-party photographs remain subject to their stated licenses on the Photography Credits page; these Terms do not restrict rights granted by those licenses. You may use Wolfe-owned content personally and non-commercially in connection with your relationship with Wolfe, subject to law. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, distribution, modification, scraping, or branding suggesting affiliation/endorsement is prohibited.
14. Submitted content
Permission to publicly use submitted images, footage, testimonials, or other content depends on the associated release or license. Private communication does not grant unrestricted publication rights.
15. Acceptable use
Do not violate law, gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, interfere with operation/security, collect user information without authorization, impersonate another, misrepresent credentials, excessively scrape the site, or use Wolfe branding/services fraudulently or without authority.
16. Third-party sites
Links are for convenience and do not necessarily endorse independent sites. Wolfe does not control their content or practices.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE DISCLAIMABLE. This does not remove obligations in a separate written agreement or mandatory rights.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLFE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. This does not replace service, membership, event, coaching, or motorsports liability terms or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Wolfe against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from unlawful website use, infringement through your submissions, or material violation of these Terms. This website clause does not govern motorsports participation risks.
20. Access restrictions
Wolfe may restrict website/account access reasonably needed to protect systems, people, or rights or respond to material violations. Membership termination remains governed by the signed agreement.
21. Privacy
Information collection and use are explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Notice. Optional media consent is separate.
22. Governing law
Colorado law governs, without conflict-of-laws principles, subject to mandatory applicable rights. Unless a separately executed agreement provides another dispute process, website-only disputes shall be brought in Colorado state courts having jurisdiction in Routt County or the applicable federal district court, to the extent legally permissible.
23. Changes
Updated Terms are posted with a version date and take effect as stated, with additional notice where required. Material new signed-service obligations are not imposed retroactively merely by changing this page.
