Season plan & budget
A race and test calendar, agreed operating budget, payment milestones and review of changes before additional commitments.

Competition Management
Your season, actively managed: team selection, budget oversight, co-driver sourcing, entries and race-weekend logistics.
01 / Run the season
Competition Management adds a season manager to your club membership. Wolfe compares teams, negotiates the operating scope, builds the season budget and keeps approvals, deadlines and program changes on track.
The team operates the car. Wolfe manages your side of the season, including training, professional pairing and race-weekend plans. GT4, one-make, GT3 and endurance options depend on readiness, eligibility, budget and availability.

Compare operators, quotes, inclusions and support. Agree responsibilities and coordinate the commercial relationship throughout the season.
Source and coordinate suitable professionals, verify relevant experience and eligibility, and agree duties, dates, fees and integration with the team.
Manage licensing tasks, race-entry administration, credentials and preparation milestones. Final eligibility and entry decisions stay with the organizers.
Coordinate schedules, travel, guests and program changes with your team and specialist providers. Agree event coverage and escalation arrangements in advance.
Bring debriefs and coach feedback into the next training and race plan. Development management is part of the competition service, not a second management fee.
02 / The machinery
You do not have to buy a car to race. You also do not have to rent forever.
Where ownership fits, Wolfe can help source the car and coordinate specialist inspection, storage, maintenance, transport and team operation. A dedicated acquisition project is scoped separately.

Scope & fees
Your annual membership provides club access, advice, introductions and the wider member experience. It remains separate from professional management.
A season-management fee for the agreed team relationship, budget oversight, entries, professional coordination and race-weekend plans. Development management and ordinary coordination are included.
The operator normally invoices its own scope. Coaches, co-drivers, technical specialists, travel and extra personnel are separately quoted unless expressly included.
Trackside days, event coverage and response arrangements are set out in the proposal. Additional staffing and out-of-scope work require approval. Entry, results and a paid racing career are not guaranteed.
Your experience, the time you can commit and the program you have in mind.
