Questions, answered
A clearer way in.
The essentials, before you commit.
The details
Membership, driving and everything around it.
Do I need experience or a test to join?
No. You can apply for membership directly and decide what driving to do later. A track day or private evaluation is an option, not a prerequisite. Competition has separate readiness, licensing and eligibility requirements.
Can I join just for the club?
Yes. Club membership stands on its own. Enjoy advice, introductions, gatherings and member opportunities without buying management services or committing to a racing program.
How much is membership?
Membership pricing and founding availability are discussed privately. Driver Development Management and Competition Management are separately priced services. Your proposal identifies the club benefits, management scope and costs before you commit.
How do the membership and management services differ?
There is one club membership: access, advice, an annual strategy session, a written roadmap and introductions. Driver Development Management adds someone to execute your training plan, manage coaches and tests, and track progress and spending. Competition Management adds full season oversight, from team negotiation and entries to co-driver sourcing and race-weekend arrangements. The management services are optional; they are not higher membership tiers.
Do I have to buy a race car?
No. Wolfe can help arrange rental programs, source a car to purchase or coordinate support for one you already own. Ownership is optional; running costs and potential resale value are considered before a recommendation.
Does a management fee include coaching?
No, unless a written proposal includes a specific professional service. Management pays Wolfe to plan, source, schedule, monitor progress and resolve program issues. It does not buy unlimited coach or co-driver time. Cars, track time, technical analysis, travel and extra staffing are also separately quoted.
Do I pay both management fees?
No. Competition Management includes development management, so you pay one management fee plus your club membership. Ordinary coordination within the agreed program is not billed again. Trackside days, response arrangements and extra projects are defined before commitment.
How are private tests billed?
The operator normally bills its car, crew and operating costs directly. Prospects and club-only members pay Wolfe an agreed one-off coordination fee. Active managed clients do not pay that fee again for ordinary in-scope coordination. Coaching and specialist time are separately quoted.
Do you work with one team or manufacturer?
No. We compare options around the member. The recommendation follows your experience, plans, budget and available support.
Can Wolfe handle travel and guests?
Yes, within a management agreement or separately agreed concierge scope. Membership alone provides advice and introductions. For a managed program, Wolfe coordinates bookings, credentials and guest plans through specialists; you pay supplier costs using your authorized payment method.
Can I choose my coach?
Yes. Wolfe helps create a relevant shortlist and facilitates the pairing with you. Eligibility, availability and program requirements still apply.
Is a race entry a promise of a paid racing career?
No. Participation in a professional series is different from being paid to race. Entries and co-driver roles depend on preparation, eligibility, funding and availability.
