01 / Become the driver

Speed is only part of
becoming a racing driver.

Membership helps you find your way in. Driver Development Management takes responsibility for keeping your training plan moving. We review your experience, arrange specialist assessment where useful and build a living development plan.

Wolfe sources and briefs coaches, compares test options, manages your training calendar and licensing tasks, and tracks the development budget. We bring together coach feedback and update the plan as you improve.

A plan that is actively managed.

A living development plan

Written goals, training priorities and readiness milestones. Wolfe updates the roadmap as your experience and ambitions develop.

Coach selection & management

A tailored shortlist, interviews, agreed roles and a shared coaching brief. Wolfe manages availability and continuity; you choose the pairing.

Testing & budget oversight

Compare car and track options, obtain quotes and manage dates and approvals. Track planned development spending against your budget.

Simulator & data planning

Set objectives for specialist sessions and bring video, data and coach feedback into the plan. Technical instruction and analysis are separately quoted.

Licensing & preparation

Manage school options, application tasks, deadlines and equipment requirements with qualified providers. Licensing approval remains with the relevant organizer.

Progress reviews & next steps

Scheduled reviews of coach feedback and milestones, followed by updated priorities and the next training block. Agree the review cadence in your proposal.

We would rather recommend more preparation than a race seat you are not ready to use.

Scope & fees

You hire the manager.
Choose the specialists.

Annual management

Covers your living plan, coach management, training calendar, development-budget tracking, licensing administration and progress reviews. Ordinary test coordination is already included.

Driving & professional services

Cars, track time, coaching, simulator instruction, technical analysis, travel and extra staffing are separately quoted. You approve the work and cost before booking.

Active club membership is required and billed separately. The management fee does not buy coaching days. Trackside attendance and additional projects are defined in the proposal. Competition Management includes development management; you do not pay both management fees.
